For BL Merchandising

Yes! All our items in the store come from the companies itself. We have our proof of payments to our Philippines and Thailand suppliers to ensure that we’ve purchased your item.

  • Choose a variant *if applicable and quantity
  • Click “Pre-Order Now”
  • Proceed to your cart, located on the upper right-most of your screen
  • Review your order and click “Proceed to check out”
  • Create an account or Log In your account or “Skip Login”
  • Fill in all necessary details and choose your mode of payment
  • Click “Place your order”
  • For Thailand-based Pre-Orders, it would take approximately 55 to 66 days after the Pre-order period closes.


  • For Limited Time Offers,  it would take approximately 55 to 66 days after the releasing date of the production. These items have a different cut-off. You may see the cut-off dates at the description box of the item.

For RP Original Items, it would take approximately 24 to 32 days after the Pre-order period closes

Yes. We accept orders from International fans but it has to be coursed-through our store email at the moment. You may also check to know more about the International Ordering Process or you may send an email to [email protected]. Our Store Team representative would be very happy to assist you!

  • Our local shipping fee for small items within Metro Manila is P200 while P250 for Provincial.
  • Shipping fee for bulky items, such as boxsets, For Metro Manila is P450 while P500 for Provincial.

  • Our store team is glad to assist you from 09:00AM until 09:00PM daily except Sundays. All inquiries that will be received beyond the above time sched will be attended the next day.

RLXE/Fan Meeting

RP Fan Meetings are fan meeting events that will be held in face-to-face format. Guest Artists will be coming over to the Philippines to personally meet and greet their fans while RLXE are fan meeting events that will be held virtually through the ZOOM App.

  • Choose “RLXE” or “RP Fan Meetings” and choose to which event you would like to purchase  
  • Choose which ticket tier you’ll purchase.
  • Click “Book Ticket”
  • Proceed to your cart, located on the upper right-most of your screen
  • Review your order and click “Proceed to check out”
  • Create an account or Log In your account or “Skip Login”
  • Fill in all necessary details and choose your mode of payment
  • Click “Place your order”

For In Call, you’ll have a chance to be part of the Lucky Raikans who can interact directly with the guest artist/s. While for Webinar, you will be in watch-only mode.

Unfortunately, we do not allow ticket upgrades or downgrades. What we can suggest is for you to give or sell your existing ticket to your colleague/friends and purchase a new one.

  • We will be using the ZOOM Meeting Cloud app. You may download the app either via google store or apple store.

Kindly check the confirmation email you receive, the schedule of events is indicated. Zoom links will be sent at least 1 week prior to the event.

No, orientation will only be applicable for In-Call ticket holders.

No, you’ll have to use different email addresses per ticket. ZOOM will only accept one link per e-mail address.

We will have a random picker for the Lucky Raikans. It will be based on the ticket number.

We will announce it during the Orientation day of the show. Thus, it is important for everyone to attend it.

No worries, as our team will be sending out the orientation deck as well together with the ZOOM link for the event proper. But we encourage all to attend the orientation as this will help us and you to have a smooth experience during the actual show.

A separate show guideline will be released by the organizing committee for the RP Fan Meetings.

  • For ages 13years old and below, must be accompanied by a ticketed guardian on the same ticket tier. Guardian must be of legal age and must present 1 valid ID
  • For ages 14 to 17years old, must submit a copy of signed waiver and a photocopy of guardian’s ID upon entering
  • For ages 18years old and above, must present 1 valid ID and a photocopy of the credit card used in purchasing the ticket **if applicable

**Waiver will be sent to e-mail one week before the actual show


  • We accept payments using Debit / Credit card, Paypal, GCash and Bank Transfers (Metrobank, Union bank and Palawan Express). 
  • For bank transfers and remittances, bank details will be sent through your registered email address after check-out. 

We highly suggest using Paypal as your mode of payment. Some transactions are being blocked by your bank for security purposes especially if it’s your time transacting in our website. Normally, this error happens to International Card Holders.

No. You only have 24hours after placing order to settle. Otherwise, your order will be automatically cancelled by our system. 

  • If you opted for Bank transfers or Remittances as your mode of payment, Yes you have to send your PoP to [email protected] within 24hours after placing your order or else we won’t be able to process your order. Failure to do so will lead to cancellation of orders. 
  • Kindly indicate: “Payment for Order#_____” as your subject.

Kindly give us a maximum of 12hours to validate your payment. Once validated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your orders are already being processed.

With the system we are using for payments, it will automatically convert the rate into your currency depending on the Foreign Exchange upon time of ordering.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Please be advised that it was stated in our description box that we do not allow cancellations and all orders are Non-refundable. If you have purchased an event ticket and you won’t make it, we suggest you give or sell your ticket to your colleague/friend, just let us know the new details to update the data on the system. You may send the new details to [email protected]. We may ask for other documents to validate the change for security purposes.

  • We suggest you send your unboxing video and photos at [email protected]. This will be subject to investigation. Should there be a mistake on our end, we will be happy to offer you options on how to go about it.
