International Orders


No, International shipping that was indicated in our website is the shipping fee from Thailand to Philippines.

Unfortunately no, all items will be sorted out by our store team here in the Philippines.

Our store team will consolidate all your orders and ship them out all together.

International shipping fee would depend on the delivery address.  Actual rate to be settled will be provided once the item reaches our headquarters already.

All items are not yet on-hand. Raikantopeni Philippines will order the items after our pre-order closes.

After reviewing your order, our store team will be sending you a confirmatioin email with your Order#

Our steam team is happy to assist you from 09:00AM to 09:00PM (Philippine Time), Monday to Saturday. Inquiries beyond above schedule will be attended the next working day.


We will be accepting payments via Paypal only.

We will be issuing 2 invoices:

  • 1st Invoice: Total of merchandise ordered – will be sent after sending your Order form.
  • 2nd Invoice: Total amount of International shipping fee – will be sent once the items arrived at our Headquarters

**Kindly note that full payment at 1st invoice is required in order to count your order/s.

Our approximate leadtime would be 72 – 75days after the Pre-Order period closes.

**Kindly note that these are estimated time only. There can be delays on deliveries depending on uncontrollable situations.

We will be sending out the parcels after it reaches our headquarters and 1week after payment for the 2nd invoice was received.

Items will be shipped internationally via DHL Express

Yes, change of receiver’s details is still possible before we send out the 2nd invoice. Kindly email [email protected] for any changes on your receiver’s details using “Change details for Order#_____” as your subject.

Our store team will be sending you an email with your tracking number after it was endorsed to international courier

Cancellations & Refunds

Please be advised that it was stated in our Terms and Conditions that we do not allow any cancellations and all orders are Non-refundable.

We suggest you send your unedited unboxing video and photos at [email protected]. This will be subject to investigation. Should there be a mistake on our end, we will be happy to offer you options on how to go about it.
